Rules and Regulations of TERAVARNA Foundation:
 

  • Eligibility Criteria: This discount is available exclusively to artists who are either verified Persons with Disabilities (PwD) or residents of qualifying developing countries, as determined by the TERAVARNA Foundation based on internationally recognized classifications, such as the UN list of least developed countries | UN Trade and Development (UNCTAD)  or equivalent frameworks. 

  • Verification Requirement: Applicants must upload a valid Government-issued ID or Disability Certificate via the provided link: [Link]. Coupon codes are not automated; they are issued via email following the manual verification of credentials.TERAVARNA Foundation reserves the right to independently review, validate, and authenticate all submitted materials before issuing any discount approval.   • Right of Refusal: TERAVARNA Foundation reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke eligibility at any time, including after approval, if any information is found to be incomplete, inconsistent, unverifiable, or misleading.

  • Usage Limits: A limit of one coupon is permitted per artist per competition cycle. The discount coupon is valid for a single entry and is non-transferable.

  • Terms of Use: Coupons are non-transferable and strictly linked to the registered email ID. They cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or combined with other promotional offers unless stated otherwise. Failure to use the discount within the stated deadline will result in automatic expiration without reinstatement. If verification is unsuccessful, our team will reach out to request clarification before a final decision is made.

  • Data Privacy: All uploaded identification documents are used strictly for verification purposes. Personal data and documents will be handled in accordance with TERAVARNA’s privacy and data protection policies. Participation in this program implies full acceptance of TERAVARNA’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

  • No Guarantee of Outcome: Discount approval does not guarantee selection, exhibition, or winning status within the TERAVARNA programs.

  • Additional Documentation: TERAVARNA reserves the right to request supplementary documentation, if necessary, for the verification process.

  • Originality Clause: All submissions must be the original work of the applicant; any form of plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification.

  • Jury Finality: All judging decisions are final and binding to maintain the integrity of the non-profit's competitive standards.

  • Frequency: Coupon codes can be accessed every 3 months or according to the competition schedule. Applicants must apply for each code accordingly, as only a single entry is permitted per competition timeline.

  • Limitation of Liability: TERAVARNA Foundation is not liable for technical malfunctions, submission errors, or third-party service failures, including but not limited to delays in email delivery, bank processing errors, or the maintenance of external links.

  • International Data Processing: By submitting information, users consent to the international transfer and processing of their data as required by the Foundation’s global operations.

Mission Objective: This initiative is established to ensure equal opportunities for all artists, regardless of physical or economic barriers. A portion of the proceeds from contest entries goes directly to various partner NGOs to support various crisis areas.


Details of the Documents Required:
 

  • Government-verified ID proof for PwD: A valid Disability Certificate issued by a competent medical authority or government body, clearly stating the nature and percentage of the disability; documentation is only acceptable if the disability is recognized as per national or governmental standards.

  • Address Verification: A government-issued ID card and Proof of Residency, such as a utility bill, bank passbook, or local government document, confirming an address in a recognized developing country.

  • Name: The name on all of the ID proofs should match.

  • Data Privacy: At TERAVARNA Foundation, we respect your privacy and expressly affirm that your mobile opt-in, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes. This same strict non-disclosure policy applies to all personal documents, identification proofs, donor information, or certificates submitted for verification; such data is used exclusively for internal eligibility assessment and will not be shared with or accessed by any external entities. All identification documents are uploaded via a secure portal and stored in a restricted-access environment.

  • Fraud Prevention: TERAVARNA Foundation maintains a zero-tolerance policy for misrepresentation. We reserve the right to verify all credentials and disqualify any applicant or revoke benefits if false information or identity fraud is detected.

  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the California courts.

  • Tax-Exempt Status Disclosure: TERAVARNA Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. 

  • Refund Policy: All donations are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

  • Third-Party Links Disclaimer: TERAVARNA is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external websites linked within our eligibility guidelines.

  • Purpose-Restricted Funds: Donors may elect to support specific initiatives to ensure their contributions are directed toward their preferred causes. For more information on how your contribution impacts our current missions, please visit the provided link.

  • Intellectual Property Protection: The Foundation maintains a strict "Non-Commercial Use" policy. While the gallery displays submitted artwork, images on this site may not be downloaded, reproduced, or utilized for commercial gain by third parties.

  • Non-Discrimination and Ethics Clause: The Foundation does not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, or origin. TERAVARNA reserves the right to revoke any grant or award if a recipient is found to have committed plagiarism or violated the organization’s code of ethics.

  • Policy Modification: The Foundation reserves the right to modify website policies and terms at any time without prior notice.

  • Copyright Warranty: Participating artists must hold full copyright or legal permission for all submitted work.

  • Usage Rights: TERAVARNA is granted non-exclusive rights to display submitted artwork for purposes of exhibition, promotion, and archival documentation.

  • Web Accessibility Commitment: TERAVARNA is committed to digital inclusion and strives to maintain a website that is navigable and accessible to all users, including those utilizing screen readers and keyboards, in alignment with WCAG 2.1 standards.
