I hereby give my full consent for my child/ward to participate in TERAVARNA Foundation’s free competitions. I confirm that I have read and agreed to the terms and conditions.

  1. I acknowledge that my child is voluntarily participating in the event.

  2. I affirm that I am the legal guardian of the participant and have the legal authority to grant this consent.

  3. I confirm that I have read and understood the rules and guidelines provided by TERAVARNA Foundation.

  4. I understand that TERAVARNA Foundation is not responsible for any liabilities or claims arising from my child's participation.

  5. I grant permission to TERAVARNA Foundation to use my child's submitted artwork, name, and related materials for promotional purposes.
